Words could never fully describe the care and effort Caroline Wallace put into finding the three of us our dream home, butI’ll make an attempt. From start to finish she always put us first and learned not only what our hearts wanted but also needed. She fought to get everything we wanted for our family and even when I said I was happy with the result she went and got us more. The only time she showed any frustration was the one time we couldn’t take Liam to a showing! As tough as the home buying process is, I can honestly say I’m going to miss working with Caroline everyday. I strongly encourage anyone who is thinking about buying or selling a home in SC to give her call!

“Real estate never goes on vacation” that was Caroline’s response when I inadvertently contacted her while she was on her vacation. She was polite, attentive and understanding of my concerns and, not only that, she did what she could in the realm of her circumstances to handle my real estate needs that very day! Now that’s the type of agent you want. Real estate can be a fast paced moving entity with constant questions to be answered, properties that need to be visited and paperwork that needs to be filled out in a timely manner. That’s what we got from Caroline for the sale of 3 homes and the purchase of 2 homes. Yes, she’s been our buyer’s agent and seller’s agent so we’ve seen her in action on 5 home transactions and we continue to use Caroline because she values us as customers and she gets the job done.
