09/16/2014 - melissawponce Bought a home in 2014 in New Georgia, GA 30157. We had a hard time finding an agent that we felt like we could really trust. After meeting with more agents than I like to admit, we met Carollee. She was extremely trust worthy and was never pushy at all. She was extremely knowledgeable of every home she showed us and real estate processes. It seemed like every other agent we met wanted us to make a decision right on the spot. My husband and I were not going to do that. She let us know when something was going to go quickly and when she thought it wouldn't (and from looking at realtor.com, she was always right). She was ALWAYS responsive and extremely patient so that we could find the perfect house for our family. Our schedules are crazy, but she always made time to show us every property we wanted to see. OTHER agents we met with brushed things under the rug by saying oh, you can fix that broken window, I have a guy for that or basements just flood, that black mold is no big deal but not Carollee. She always had our best interest in mind. Other agents (the ones I met) are in for themselves, but Carollee is definitely on your team. Carollee got us our dream house for less than the asking price, closing costs paid and other additional things we requested. She is professional and will always make you feel like her only client--like client service should be, even though I know she was crazy busy. I joked with her about when she found time to sleep! She was amazing and she will be my only choice if I ever need an agent again (though the house she found us is so perfect, it may be awhile!).
