Carol Codella is an excellent realtor. I was forced to sell my condo from 3000 miles away because of the pandemic. Carol handled the sale all by herself, which included taking care of my clothes, furniture and other property, getting the air conditioner repaired, fixing lanai shades, painting, carpet cleaning and everything else imaginable. She did all this plus the standard realtor duties of advertising, open houses, working with clients and keeping me updated throughout a long and arduous process.
