About Carolyn

Carolyn has been in Real Estate since 1999 and licensed since 2001. She worked primarily with buyers until 2005 when she shifted focus and began helping sellers and investors with rentals and tenants.

She loves helping buyers and sellers by showing them opportunities when financial circumstances arise. She works diligently with Short Sale situations, turning a negative into a positive by turning the home into an income-generating property.

In her personal life, Carolyn is a wife and mother of three handsome sons, ages 39, 36, 26, as well as a hilarious Olde English Bulldogs named Molly , Ollie and Ellie. She is a supportive and dedicated member of the community serves the Wasilla planning committee and follows the Iditarod Sled Dog Race. In addition, she is a member of the Valley Board of Realtors and a lifelong, diehard fan of the Kansas City Chiefs. She has been visiting Alaska since 1994 and moved here permanently in 1998.
