Meet Carolyn McHaney Waller with Benchmark Realty, LLC. Prior to joining Zeitlin, she worked for 25 years in the commercial insurance industry as a Marketing and Underwriting Specialist for Aetna Casualty and Surety, CNA Commercial, Harleysville Mutual, and Trinity Universal. In recognition for her leadership abilities for two consecutive years “1995 to 1996”, and in 1998 she received the Chairman’s Award for Excellence in sales growth and territorial management.

Carolyn McHaney Waller is President of the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce. A member of the chamber since 2009, Ms. Waller served as the Development Committee Chair responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan to revitalize the organization. Waller is committed to the mission of the Nashville Black Chamber of Commerce and works diligently to further the vision of empowerment, education, and economic development in the Greater Nashville Regional area.

Waller holds a BS degree in Marketing and Business Management from Union University in Jackson, TN where she earned an athletic scholarship and played for the Championship Lady Bulldog basketball team. On a personal note, she has been married to Joel Waller for 34 years and they have two lovely daughters, Lauren, and Alexis.
