Carolyn Smith

Carolyn was born in Upper Marlboro, a small rural town in southern Maryland. She moved to Florida in 1986. She worked as a legal assistant since 1981 and eventually became a Florida Registered Paralegal. She is very detail oriented and cares about the people she is helping. She has worked with attorneys as a real estate closing agent, on civil litigation matters, business and corporate law, rental issues, personal injury and family law. Helping people with their real estate problems has not only provided her with the skills for her new career as a Realtor, but also insight into what customers need to know before a sale or purchase.
She has lived in Spring Hill, Palm Harbor, and has resided in Clearwater since 2000. Her interests include volunteer work at the non-profit organization, Horse Power for Kids. She also enjoy working out/fitness.
