Carrie entered the real estate industry as a sales associate in 2014, and soon discovered that the calling She had to get her license would lead her into a career that she is so absolutely passionate about! Since then, she has completed over 150 real estate transactions, helping numerous families achieve their dream of home ownership. In 2019, she founded the Ballard Home Team, and later in 2020, she went back to school to receive her Oklahoma Broker’s License.
Carrie’s ultimate goal is still to take the best care of her clients, but also to guide other real estate agents to become good and successful agents! She grew up for much of my childhood in Oologah, Oklahoma before moving to Tulsa and graduating from Union High School. She went on to attend Oklahoma State University (don’t let that fool you, she’s still a Sooners fan), where she received her Associate in Science, Associate in Applied Science, and Bachelor of Technology degrees. After living in the Tulsa/Broken Arrow area for many years, she decided in 2014 that she wanted to get back to small town living, and raise her two daughters back home, in Oologah.
They built their home in 2014, and have been back since. Both of her daughters attend Oologah Talala Public Schools. They like to spend their off time playing sports, traveling, or helping with community events. She looks forward to working with many, many more families throughout the years, and she’s so grateful to all of her past and present clients for trusting her in one of the biggest decisions of their life. She doesn’t take that lightly. Her goal is always to create lifelong relationships with her clients, not just sell real estate!
