Carrie brings a host of unique skills to serve your real estate needs. She was educated in interior design and architecture and spent several years in that world before transitioning to sales and real estate. She worked on several top real estate teams before starting her own business, which gave her a vast breadth and depth of experience in all aspects of the real estate business.
When it comes to meeting her clients' needs, Carrie is an active listener, she will focus on what is important to you and achieve it. Her experience means she can answer most of the questions you have, and if she can’t, she knows what resources to use. Carrie is very good at educating people on the process and discussing all the options so that her clients can make the best decision for them. She will go to bat for her clients when it comes to negotiations to reach the best position possible. Carrie has lived in Portland since 2006 in a number of different areas and she is intimately familiar with the character each neighborhood offers.
Michigan and Eastern Washington were home for Carrie growing up and she still has fond memories of both places. Both helped to nurture an appreciation for the wonders and beauty of nature and the importance of community. She loves making hometown connections with other transplants and sharing stories with people from every part of the world.
Currently, Carrie calls the North Portland neighborhood of Kenton home with her husband Andrew and two cats - Brooklyn and Tribeca. They enjoy spending time in the great outdoors, doing small or large projects around the house and relaxing in each other’s company.
