When my husband accepted a job in Everett, we needed to find a place to live quickly. Thankfully, Carrie Gendron was referred to me by our daughter’s friend. When I spoke to her for the first time, it was like we were friends. She was so friendly, and kind and it helped that we knew some of the same people. We were offered a discount with our bank and another real estate agent and Carrie thankfully, was willing to match it and kept her word.
Carrie had us linked to her MLS listings website within an hour so we could start looking online at properties. She gave us good advice and referred us to a fantastic lender. She was great at setting up tours for us the day we would be in town, even on the morning of our tour, she added one more. She was so flexible and patient when I changed my mind on seeing a property and canceled the viewing. I even messed up on which one to cancel and she happily rescheduled the one I wanted to see. We had a great couple of hours of touring, and she was patient with us when we decided to sleep on our decision.
When we made an offer the next day, it was so nice to use the electronic signing program she used, we were able to sign all the paperwork from our hotel room or vehicle.
She was so helpful with getting us a good price, being at the inspection and when we needed our flooring guy to measure for new flooring, she was willing to open the door for him and wait while he measured.
When we closed and finally got our keys, we were surprised by the large gift basket full of high-quality items and the many notes that she left for us.
When we sell our condo in 2 years, we will use Carrie to list it and highly recommend her.

Five stars are not enough to recommend Carrie and to describe her professionalism, expertise, and knowledge. It is impossible to quantify how invaluable Carrie was to us and how well she personifies the ideal realtor. Living out of state, and even before the actual house-hunting trip, Carrie was searching for homes for us, refining the search as we added more to our wish list. She toured homes, taking us with her on virtual tours, pointing out details and giving us background on the areas and neighborhoods. When the actual house-hunting trip occurred, Carrie had dozens of homes lined up for us to see, helping us to narrow down our top contenders and going back multiple times to revisit some homes. Carrie’s knowledge of the market, trends, and history helped us to make a strong offer which was accepted. Carrie’s involvement did not end with a signed contract. Trying to purchase a home from long distance was not an issue with Carrie’s help – she was present and met with home inspectors, contractors, and repair people in our absence. Carrie was very responsive, quickly answering our calls, and responding to texts and emails. We were blessed with her guidance and patience throughout the entire process, and she continues to help us with recommendations and referrals. Not only did we find a beautiful home, we now have Carrie as a cherished friend.

Carrie went above and beyond with helping me get my Grandma’s house sold. I live in Montana and had moved my grandma here to be close to us, so I was unable to be in Washington to get things ready for a sale. Carrie had to travel quit a distance multiple times to get my grandma’s house ready for it to be placed on the market. She put me in contact with someone who could clear out my grandma’s belongings and liquidate them. When my grandma passed 2 weeks before closing, Carrie worked with our probate lawyers, the title and escrow companies to ensure we could close as quickly as possible. She communicated continually with me to be sure we were all on the same page. She is beyond amazing at helping people sell/purchase their home. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Carrie has a great understanding of the housing market, and has strong Realtor instincts. We worked with her to sell our home, and she helped us identify a target list price using local sale data. She took the time to walk through our house ahead of time, and figure out what work to do on our home to give it the best curb-appeal, without spending excess dollars. Despite the upheaval of COVID causing uncertainty in all housing markets, our home sold quickly and for a very competitive price. Carrie Gendron is great to work with. Our folks had a mobile home to sell, and it needed quite a bit of work to be attractive to a broad market. She gave us valuable advice on what to do and not bother with, down to specifics of colors for the cabinets. She recommended our using Brilliant Staging, a company that she has worked with, and even paid most of the bill for it. The staging was awesome, and so the pictures were terrific too (also thanks to the professional photographer that she hired). There are tricky things about sales of mobile homes, compared to normal lot-built homes, and Carrie went out of her way to learn the intricacies so that we wouldn't have any roadblocks in the process. She has a group of knowledgeable people to draw from, clearly. From pre-sale work, to active advertising and open house, to working through the offer and contingency issues, it was great to have Carrie on our side. I recommend her highly, and would use her again in a heartbeat.
