We have now bought two homes and sold one with Carrie. We keep coming back to her because we have been very happy with her service, knowledge and diligence. She's very responsive to requests for information and extremely patient. We're relatively new to the area and she has been a great source of information regarding the real estate market across Central PA. We would recommend her to anybody buying or selling a home.

She is literally the absolute best at what she does. Literally she is one of the sweetest kind hearted human beings on this planet. She has helped us buy, sell and buy again. We ran in to problems out of our control but Carrie had issues resolved before we could even blink.. I can’t even begin to explain how amazing this women is! If you’re looking for just a realtor keep looking because Carrie will be more than that! She is now a family friend that I love to stay in contact with. If you need a house sold or looking to buy there is no one else for the job but Carrie ! Love you girl !!

Carrie helped us buy our first home! She was able to answer every question we had, and deal with stubborn builders. Carrie is excellent to work with. She was able to negotiate the price we wanted on a new build as well as negotiate appliances- so we ended up with a new fridge, washer and dryer, and microwave! She was always a text, call, or email away and responded promptly. When we did our final walk through Carrie was definitely looking out for us to make sure nothing was missed, and after we closed on the home we know we can still contact her if we need anything.

Carrie was an amazing realtor throughout our entire 9month ordeal. She never wavered in working her hardest at finding our forever home and getting our home ready to sell. She sold our house in ONE DAY at OVER asking price. To say nothing else, Carrie helped us through our most difficult family situation. We were not the easiest buyers and she even showed us homes that she knew we wouldn't like so that we could make the decision for ourselves. My husband and I highly recommend Carrie. We are first-time homebuyers and had a lot of questions throughout the process. Carrie is kind and patient and answered all our questions thoroughly.

We trusted Carrie’s feedback on the homes we looked at. She’d highlight the beautiful aspects of each home, but she was also straightforward about potential concerns and problems with houses as well. We felt well-informed and we never felt pressured by Carrie to purchase a home.
