While working in another industry, I was a part-time broker assistant. Eventually, I decided to become an agent. My former careers were in operations and materials management from warehouses, purchasing, production planning and more which made an easy transition to real estate due to negotiation skills, attention to detail, planning, & communication. Additionally, I have flipped a couple of houses of my own so I know all that entails. I've also had the privledge of working with new construction as Waldner Realty represents Waldner Construction.
