Cary has been a new home sales and marketing real estate specialist for over thirty years. He has proven success creating new home communities, assembling builder and sales teams, and putting together marketing plans. Cary has been a realtor and licensed agent for forty years. Cary is Vice President of Builder and Developer Relations for Coldwell Banker Advantage New Homes. After seeing what he terms a tectonic shift in the economy, he decided it was time to do something different and left Fonville Morisey and Barefoot after twenty- one years. Cary’s focus now is working with builders and developers to pair the right builder with the right piece of dirt.
