Her strengths derive from her life experiences—living and studying abroad, navigating the corridors of power with her husband in Washington DC, putting her community on sound financial footing as president of her homeowners’ association, and working in New York’s fashion industry.

Caryn has served as president of the Edgemont PTA/PTSA, director of the Edgemont Association, and board member of the Edgemont Scholarship Council. Caryn is also a member of the Scarsdale Women’s Club and spent years as a volunteer at a White Plains soup kitchen.
