As a native of beautiful Western North Carolina and a seasoned real estate professional, Caryn recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and she strives daily to exceed their expectations. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Robert, and they have been blessed with the 2 most amazing kiddos on earth, Carlissa (15) and Isaac (10). During her downtime, she enjoys spending time with friends, traveling (to anywhere warm with sand & saltwater), and watching college football especially from Good Ole Rocky Top. GO VOLS!

Before pursuing a career in Real Estate and ultimately opening her own firm, she was a nurse with the most recent job title being Nurse Educator. She has taken her love for people and her desire to educate others from the medical field to the housing market. When we embark on the real estate journey together, you will often find that she teaches you a lot more about real estate, investing, home maintenance, finance, negotiating, and our community than you ever cared to know. She teaches with pictures, charts, and real-life experiences. As the Owner of Southern Roots Real Estate, her mission is to grow successful agents while providing impeccable service to our clients.
