Caryn Rosenthal

I have spent my entire life living in the East End of Pittsburgh. I grew up in the Squirrel Hill south neighborhood and lived in a condo in Shadyside for over 15 years. Currently, I own my own home in Swissvale.

I have been in customer service almost all of my adult life. Most of my background lies in retail management for local and regionally known brands and retailers. I have worked for the largest furniture company in the country and traveled the northern US and Canada to train employees. I also, have a paralegal degree and have a good understanding and practice of Pennsylvania state laws. I have trained and managed hundreds of employees throughout my tenure and I use these experiences to facilitate strong relationships with our buyers and sellers.

Being a Realtor has been the most gratifying position I have ever held. Soon after my real estate career started I was introduced to a very knowledgeable agent, Jason A. Smith. We decided to partner together in 2017 and unite our expertise to benefit our clients. We felt that we could improve our level of customer service by merging our ideas, skills and combining our rolodex of resources. We have since closed hundreds of properties and even some that many would agree were the most difficult of properties to get closed.

We work with both sellers and buyers. We are city agents working out of the Shadyside office but we are knowledgeable in both city and suburban markets. We are experienced in selling multiple types of properties. We will list or sell you a condo, a single family home, a multi unit, a townhome, an investment property, your loved ones estate or land. We will guide you every step of the way since it is truly a process.

We will devote our time, effort and energy to helping our clients buy or sell a property. We are committed to doing what is right for our clients and getting them to the closing table as smoothly and quickly as possible.
