Cas Prewitt

Caswell’s educational journey began in Virginia, graduating from Woodberry Forest School in 2012. He then moved to Dallas, Texas where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Southern Methodist University’s Cox School of Business. Upon returning to Wilmington in 2016, Caswell spent the next four years building professional experience in finance and accounting with GE Nuclear, Pharmaceutical Product Development (PPD), and Yogasleep while simultaneously participating in several private real estate investment deals. He took his passion for real estate to the next level at UNC-Chapel Hill’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, receiving his MBA in 2022 with a concentration in Real Estate Investments through the Wood Center. As a commercial broker, Caswell leverages his financial expertise to assist clients with land and investment sales and acquisitions, leasing, and development. Caswell’s love for Southeastern North Carolina is well known to his clients, friends, and colleagues. Through a strong work ethic and appetite for research, he maintains a reputation of honesty, integrity, and professionalism in the community.

On a personal note, Caswell is an avid outdoorsman, surfer, and chef. He spends most of his free time on the south end of Wrightsville Beach taking walks with his fox-red lab Lumina (Lu) or fishing in the surf zone for supper.
