About Casey

Born and raised in a small town east of Pittsburgh, Casey attended California University of Pennsylvania for my Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resource Management, then went on to complete a Master's Degree in Business. After graduating I realized it was time for me to leave the great state of Pennsylvania, so in 2000 he uprooted my life and moved to the Sunshine State.

When Casey first got to Florida he had high aspirations, as most college graduates do, of landing a six figure job straight out of college. Quickly realizing that wasn't realistic, and running out of money, he took a job at the apartment complex where he was living. Casey's time there taught him a great deal about property management and he already had a background in construction, so he decided to buy his first investment property (which he barely even qualified for). Casey was terrified! But he has always been somewhat of a tinkerer with a passion for tearing things down and rebuilding them, so he was also optimistic that he could build something great from this new venture.

Casey successfully renovated that property and secured tenants in six months. With his newfound confidence, he moved on to another property and that was the beginning of my rehab and construction journey. Along the way he got his Brokers License, married his beautiful wife Jauna, had two amazing children and started Live Florida Realty.

Live Florida Realty evolved after my kids were born and he realized how challenging it was to balance raising a family and doing home renovations/construction. It was during this same time that Casey started working with buyers and sellers as a solo agent, which he quickly found to be more rewarding than remodeling homes by himself. It was so awesome to see how much of an impact he was making in people’s lives, simply by helping them through the process of buying or selling. There are so many factors that influence someone's decision to buy or sell: divorce, death in the family, job loss/change. Casey found such such joy in helping his clients through these difficult and big life transitions that he didn’t even realize he was creating a business as a result of his actions.

Casey started to surround himself with other like-minded people that held the same morals and integrity, and eventually Live Florida Realty evolved to what it is today - a group of people who share the same passion of helping the people in their community buy and sell real estate.
