Cassandra is an excellent realtor. She listened and understood both my timeline and my preferences. She would check in with me to ensure I understood the process, the documents, and to make sure that the team was coordinated and moving the process forward. Not only did she help me find a place fast... and I mean FAST, and saved me money (LOTS of it), but she helped me find my dream home. It is the best experience I have had with a realtor. Cassandra was more on top of the selling process than I was. She gently but frequently reminded me about every document that needed to be retrieved, signed, or reviewed. She thought ahead about how to maximize the price best, recommending trusted contractors that really came through to help get over $35,000 over the asking price in the end.

When she says she is always available, it's an understatement. Not only did she get back to me quickly about every silly question, but she made sure to update me on anything and everything that I might need to know about the selling process.

Cassandra definitely knows her craft and is fantastic at doing it. Would recommend asking for her help to anyone buying or selling a home.

In this crazy housing market, I can truly say that I am lucky that I ran into Cassandra. She has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and resourceful. Every time I wanted to look at a house, she would look into the area, run comps and provide what sales are looking like, and get us in asap so we could provide offers fast if it was something we really wanted. With how competitive everything this, this was a life saver. If you are a veteran, she does have experience with VA loans.

In the end, I didn't end up going with a standard VA loan, instead I did a VA loan assumption which is a little more complicated. I had to work with Cassandra quite a bit to make sure all of my (and the seller's) paperwork was written just the way the bank wanted it. Despite that we were successful in closing on time! Cassandra made sure to check in on both me and the sellers agent very regularly and she was also very responsive when I had any short notice changes I needed to give the bank.

I've already recommended her to others as well and I've heard she's doing great. I would absolutely recommend Cassandra if you are planning on buy or selling.

To say that Cassandra is a Profesional, would not be enough. She was like an old friend. She was available and responsive. She was very thorough in her explanations. We had to relocate from MD to PA and was looking for a someone reliable to help us with renting our townhome in MD. Working with Cassandra was a great. She was very understanding of our situation and was patient and kept nudging us when we were slowing things down. Should we decide to rent out the property again or sell it we will go with Cassandra without any hesitation.

I would highly recommend Cassandra to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home, we seeked her help while selling our home as well as renting one , while selling our house we did went through some unseen obstacles however she was very smart, accurate , detailed, punctual, knowledgeable and most of all a great friend and good human being who would suggest you and guide you through the whole process, not only she went above and beyond to help us sell our house at the right price and time but was also was emotionally very supportive towards me since I was not happy about the unseen maintaince issues I had to face while selling , I really want to thank you for everything you did Cassandra , due to your great service and your suggestions and right guidance we were able to sell our house on time and at right price , you will definately be our agent for our next home purchase and would recommend all our friends and family to do so, once again thank you for all you did to help us, God bless you!

I’d highly recommend Cassandra!!!! She is awesome! We are relocating from CA to MD and scheduled a trip there in order to view properties, having only about 7 days to do so. We conversed with Cassandra prior to us arriving in MD so that she had an idea of what we were looking for in a home. She set up many daily viewings which kept her and us, very busy! The viewings spread from Prince Frederick all the way up to the edge of Westminster, near PA, where we finally found our home!! Cassandra is professional yet personable, which is such a refreshing characteristic for her to possess. She guided us through stressful times from the onset of putting in our first offer on a home that we didn’t get, to closing and beyond on the home we purchased. Cassandra remained calm and encouraging - she was a rock! She made us feel better many times over again. She is extremely knowledgeable in her field, and I emphasize “extremely” - all of our questions and/or concerns were answered without delay. Given this was a first-time home buying experience for us, we couldn’t have been more fortunate to have Cassandra help us navigate through the process with her expertise - she was there for us every day, all day long, every step of the way. She definitely went above and beyond and to simply say “thank you” just doesn’t say enough, but, I’ll say it anyway…THANK YOU, Cassandra!!!!
