Look no further! Cassy Miller and J.C. Miller Real Estate are top of the line! Cassy helped us purchase a home in Waterford, MI after moving suddenly from Illinois in 2019, then she helped us sell that home for greater value and move into a new home in Detroit (Boston-Edison) in 2022. She has made two hectic moving situations feel quite manageable for my family.

We’ve also had great interactions with Kammy and Wren. This team is full of consummate professionals that are always punctual, prepared, and they consistently advocate for their clients! J.C. Miller is a family run real estate company that truly makes their clients feel like family too. They were warm, honest, and attentive to the details of our interests. Whether you are moving across state lines or locally, this team will not disappoint you! They move at your pace and are reliable every step of the way. Absolutely amazing ! Cassy was our realtor and she did phenomenal. Exceptional at her job and very knowledgeable and professional. I loved the constant communication with her, she was always updating us on houses and even going above and beyond to squeeze us in for last minute house showings. I had restrictions on the apartment hunt including budget and having a large dog. It made the search feel absolutely impossible! But Kammy was able to provide me great options that I never would have found on my own. Not only did she have access to apartments in great locations but she is incredibly helpful and always available. I was visiting family on the West Coast, so there was a 3 hour time difference, but when I finally sat down at the end of the day to take care of business she was always quick to reply. This might not seem like a big deal, but when you have competition for an apartment you really want, it is comforting to know that hard-working Kammy is getting things done. I recently moved from state to Michigan along with 2 other girls for missionary work and we were looking for a place to stay. We were searching high and low until we came across an ad on Craigslist for a house we really liked. the person trying to sell the house didn't sound legitimate and hence he was requesting cash for the house before giving us the keys since he claim to be out of state. Immediately, I called an agency, which happened to be J.C. Miller, where Cassy was able to figure out if this ad was legitimate. She did some investigation and informed us that the person we had spoken to was a possible fraud. We were so relieved that we didn't jump the gun on sending cash just because we were desperate find a place to stay. Cassy made herself available to us in finding a house that fits our needs and made sure we weren't taken advantage anymore. She worked very patiently with us and searched for homes that filled up almost a whole day so that we can go see. Also, I would get a large number of e-mails of houses for sale and the homes did not even match the criteria that I had listed. Cassy sorted through all those homes and only sent me a list of homes that met my criteria which meant she had to personally research each one and she even included the approximate driving time from my home to my place of employment. When I wanted to see a house, she made herself available and at times, drove great distances to show me the home that I requested to see. When I was ready to make an offer, she had the paperwork ready the same evening. She always kept me aware of the status of my offer. If my offer was not accepted or I didn't see what I liked, she was ready with more homes for me to view. I have never had an agent that worked so hard to accommodate my needs. I love the fact that the agency is family owned which means they all work together to accommodate me. J. C. Miller Real Estate is the only agency that I will ever use and I will recommend them to anyone that I know that wants to buy, sell or rent a home.

When we first started looking for homes we really didn't know what we wanted in terms of size or location. Kammy helped us figure this out. She put together a nice booklet for us before we were going to go house searching. The night before we went house hunting she called us and told us about a new home that just went on the market a day ago, and that we would absolutely love the home and location, and she was right. The next day we looked at all the houses and absolutely fell in love with the home she called us about. We made an offer the next day and it was accepted. However, where Kammy and the J.C Miller Real Estate agency are truly exceptional is the support they provide after the initial offer is accepted. They helped us with everything from setting up a home inspector, helping us renegotiate the price of the home after the home inspector found a few small items that needed to be fixed, to giving us a list of their recommended contractors for any repairs or projects at our home that we may need. My fiancée and I would without hesitation recommend them to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
