allot to understand when your buying a new home and selling your existing home along with all the finance options . Catalina was versed in all aspects of the process . I felt she was able to obtain top dollar for my old home while negotiating a awesome price for the new one ( Shes a great negotiator ) Also helped set up very competitive finance pkg for me . fantastic experience ! I have already referred a family member .
