Catalina was fabulous, I can't recommend her enough! She did a thorough walkthrough of our home and sent us notes on what improvements she thought we could make to increase our selling value and turnaround the sale quickly. She sent us vendors she recommended which was helpful to be able to do price comparisons.
She managed the open houses and showings without any inconvenience to us at all. Her photographer made our online house pics look like the front cover of a magazine.
During closing, she realized that she had missed getting signoff from the buyer on purchasing the remaining gas in our outdoor tank, to the tune of $1200 we would have missed out on. My philosophy - anyone can make a mistake, it's how you deal with it that's important. Catalina covered our loss our of her commission, she Venmo'd us the money the same day.
And last, but certainly not least, she convinced us she could sell our house for $50K more than we had even thought to ask for, and she did. You will be as impressed as we were with her thoughtful advice and services.
