Cate Waggoner-Lee

Cate is an accomplished and highly regarded real estate agent, coach, and broker with over 22 years of experience. She hails from Kokomo, Indiana, which is legendary in its own right for some of its prominent establishments. She graduated from Franklin College with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. After graduating, she found that her knowledge of a person’s psyche was being wasted as a bank teller, and she immediately moved into real estate. Her calling was fueled by her desire to look at every home and mimic her favorite HGTV star. She rose to prominence by advancing herself through training peers, turning her clients into raving fans, and serving on multiple Boards & committees in the industry. When she is not negotiating contracts or using her psychology degree to talk people off the ledge during an inspection issue, Cate loves the beach, water skiing, boating, the sun (catching a theme here?), her kids and her husband…in that order! She currently resides in the metro Indianapolis area, where she helps clients find their perfect home and helps manage The Craftsman Group.
