Caterina Nickerson, a proud Brevard, NC native, has deep roots and a passion for Western North Carolina that she loves to share with others. After graduating from Brevard High School, she ventured out West, launching a successful career in business development and marketing. In 2013, she made Dallas, TX her home and was responsible for the leasing, marketing, and development of luxury high-rise and mid-rise communities across the DFW Metroplex. Her proven success in this role, combined with her innate passion for helping others, naturally led her to pursue a rewarding career as a real estate agent, where she could continue to leverage her skills in a more personalized way.

Despite her travels and the many rewarding experiences she gained in the city, Caterina has always considered Brevard home. While the relationships and opportunities in the big city were fulfilling, her heart yearned for the beauty and tranquility of Western North Carolina. In 2020, Caterina and her husband made the decision to return to her beloved hometown, where she joined Looking Glass Realty. Here, she passionately supports both buyers and sellers, using her extensive experience to guide them through every step of their real estate journey with care and dedication.
