After relocating from Dallas many years ago, "Cat" has found her home in San Diego. As a resident and homeowner in North County, she realizes the importance of finding the perfect match for her clients while building relationships that last a lifetime.

An honor earned by being the top 8% of 127,700 Coldwell Banker associates worldwide. In addition, she has earned outstanding performance awards which are presented to those who meet high transaction targets within the month. She maintains a position of top ten yearly and is currently number one, year to date, for 2007 in her office of more than 70 agents.
