Our story begins in 2011. We had only been married about a year by the time we decided to start house hunting. Here we are in 2021 and Cathy is still in our story.

But back to the beginning: Cathy took us to house after house after house… I don’t actually know how many it was before we finally landed on the right one. She stuck with us and was gentle and supportive and gave sound advice. There was no hurrying us into the decision. We did not buy our first home until 2013. That was two years of carting us around while we hemmed and hawed over each property.
February 2013 we signed for our first home and stayed there for a wonderful 8 years. During those years we still would call Cathy up to go see another house because we were still looking for our forever home. Again, she was patient with us and took us to these houses ASAP even though she probably knew we wouldn’t say “this is the one.” She let us at each property with a warm smile and her valuable time.

Fast forward to 2020. We started looking to move again and guess who we called? Cathy.
Why?
Because she’s knowledgeable. She’s been doing this for a considerable amount of time—through buyers markets and sellers markets, so she’s see a lot.
Because she has endurance. She stays the course alongside her clients while they make these big decisions.
Because she doesn’t rush you along to “get the sale already.” She wants what’s best for you.

Because she has a warm and inviting personality and is enjoyable to work with.

Because she’s honest and makes you fully
aware of each property’s positives and negatives.

Because she listens to your wants and needs and sticks to that. She is someone you can trust.

A decade after first meeting her Cathy introduced us to our forever home. This house was one that she emailed me personally. Not the auto-emails. After looking through the property photos and specs I immediately contacted her to ask if we could see the property that night. Disappointed, she told me she was already booked for the evening as was her partner. My heart sunk. I texted Cathy later and asked if there were any way that she could refer someone from her office and still get a referral bonus or something. She called me back and told me that she could squeeze us in, but she wouldn’t be able to come with the typical paperwork that she would print out about the history of the home, etc. (She always came prepared with a lot of information to make sure we had everything we needed to think through a property.) Well, we took her up on her offer and she met us at the property at 6:45 PM. We did a quick walk through and the rest is history—-we got the house!

Cathy is a lovely and pleasant person. I genuinely enjoyed seeing her and working with her because of her warm disposition. If you’re looking for a realtor, you know I’m going to tell you to go with Cathy. She’ll patiently walk alongside you on your journey to find your next home.

Cathy is the absolute best! I have worked with Cathy on 6 transactions (buying and selling), and she has always been professional and easy to work with. The last transaction we worked on together was a new house being built, from a different realtor/builder. Cathy was by my side the entire way, asking the tough questions, and making sure everything stayed on course with my best interest in mind the whole way. She always covered all of the bases, and I have absolutely no complaints about her. Cathy saw me through a couple of different houses that I bought and sold, and helped us with every detail on the build we got in to. She always went above and beyond. Now that we are in our forever home, or so we plan, I’m sad that I won’t personally need her service’s any more. I highly recommend her to every one of my friends that are looking to buy or sell. She is honest, up front, hard working, dedicated, and will always go the extra mile to make sure her clients come first. Although I may not be buying or selling more real estate, I am very happy to call Cathy more than a professional, I’m so happy to be able to also call her a friend. I give Cathy 10 out of 5 stars! She is among the best! You will be happy you chose her to work with!

We have worked with Cathy 3 times in the past 4 years (buying and selling) and she is just amazing! In a world where the housing market is crazy Cathy brings a calmness and joy to buying or selling. We love you Cathy and can’t wait to work with you again! (Hopefully not to soon) 🤣
