We were first time home buyers and had no idea how to go about the whole process. Fortunately, Cat was recommended to us by a coworker. She is not your typical realtor just trying to sell you a home. She gave us space to shop around on our own time so we never felt pressured. We knew we could trust her when she would point out the bad things in a home we were viewing or shoot down a potential home before we even got to see it based on her knowledge and expertise in the real estate market and the geographical area. She's not afraid to be honest with you nor afraid to represent you when going through the buying process. There was so much more that went into home buying than we realized, but she led us through every step of the way. Not to mention she's military friendly and understands the VA loan process! I could say a million good things, but overall, we are beyond happy with our experience with Cat and highly recommend her services. You won't be disappointed!!

Cat knocked it out of the park! She visited homes we were interested in before we arrived in VA and video conferenced us in while she was checking them out, while providing a recording of her visits so we could review it later. She provided clear observations of each home and area for a variety of factors we needed to know and we had her traveling all over checking out homes and areas! She was wise with her counsel as we moved forward in the buying process and great with advice when it came to options and benefits of each choice. We are very happy customers!

Cat Gorman is who you want on your side. I interviewed several realtors before coming across Cat and thank God I did.

- She is responsive and communicates seamlessly to ensure you are never wondering the status. I felt like I was her only client, though I knew she had many.

- She is dependable and trustworthy which is huge. She had my best interest at heart, and gave me great advisment throughout.

- She is timely. Anything that needed to get done, she made it happen right away. From finding contractors, to scheduling, to administrative, she made it happen to get the job done.

I was first introduced to her when I purchased this home by her husband, and never looked back. When you talk with her it is like you have been friends for years. She is very knowledgeable and you can tell very quickly has a true passion for what she does. She completely exceeded our expectations and I would not want any other realtor. Buying a home is a stressful process and being overseas that is moving to a new location can be a double whammy. Luckily, Catherine was referred to us through a previous clients and with her prior history as a veteran we meshed really well. We interviewed her and knew from the start that she was not only a veteran but had the tools and resources we needed. She referred us to a great lender and with that we built an outstanding team. We had so many technology resources available while we were overseas we never felt as we were not part of the process. Catherine, always had our best interest, she set realistic goals, proactively mitigating risk, always one step ahead of the game. Catherine is an amazing realtor and a master at her craft! Our home was in need of repairs and we needed to sell fast. On top of that being a service member we were stationed thousands of miles away from our home. We believed we would be taking a loss for the property but she gave us great advice and we were able to sell and take home a good chunk of money after closing. She is the only realtor you need if you want things to get done right. From the beginning she gave us great advice on what repairs we should make. She followed up by ensuring the contractor we hired produced quality work and kept us updated daily and provided pictures of everything being done. Additionally, She made sure we got the best bang for our buck and her ideas on how the property should look (wall color scheme, flooring, appliance, counter tops, etc.) Payed off dividens in the end!
