Cathy worked hard for me, and went over and above what was required of her by dealing with a problem tenant of mine while trying to show my condo. I ended up taking it off the market, which of course means she made NOTHING. She was always professional, helpful, and quick to respond. When I list the condo once again, she will be my Realtor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell real estate in the Crested Butte area.
