Working with Cathy has been a wonderful blessing for me. When I met Cathy for the first time to discuss my real Estate goals, I sensed what a good listener and how dedicated she is. I was looking for a investment property within 1 hour in Nashville area, in this process, Cathy brought expertise in neighborhoods and negotiations, and was super quick and happy to respond to ideas, questions, requests, etc. She helped me to close an investment property as well she went above and beyond in finding the right tenant that fits my long term goals. Right from the start, Cathy Lemmon was responsive and professional and provided us with multiple listings to help us find the house of our dreams. In the three days that we had to find a home, she set us up to look at 19 properties. She was never discouraged, she was always positive and patient with our choices. When we finally did find our home, she negotiated everything so perfectly that we were able to signed the necessary documents and be on a plane the next day. It was perfect. She worked tirelessly for us. I highly recommend Cathy if you are looking for a new home.
