Catherine is a gem! She helped me and my husband purchase our first home. It was quite the rollercoaster of a ride (due to things beyond our control) and we had a tight budget. Catherine was always in our corner and always made sure we were taken care of. She answered all of our questions (we usually have a lot) and when we were in a pinch to find a home ASAP, she pooled her resources and really focused her time on our needs. Catherine also made some recommendations for people to work with (i.e., lender and lawyer) and she did not steer us wrong. We are thankful for her efforts and for the strong team she surrounds herself with. We highly recommend Catherine!

I was recommended to use Catherine as my realtor from my brother who had a very positive experience in his apartment hunt under Catherine's guidance. So, for my first home buying experience, I decided to text Catherine to see if she would help me out as well. From start to finish, Catherine was with us every step of the way in our home buying process. Whenever we saw a house we liked come on market, we texted her and she was there. With every house viewing, Catherine was honest, trusting and extremely caring. She listened to what we wanted and provided us excellent service that ultimately led us to putting in an accepted offer to our dream starting home. Even after our initial offer to buy was accepted, she helped us navigate through the house inspections, bank loan and lawyer as well. Catherine made the the home buying experience so much easier and organized. I would consider her as family now as I always recommend her to all my close family and friends who are looking to buy a new home.

Catherine has been an absolute professional and the greatest guide to finding and buying a home that I have had the pleasure of getting to know.
