Catherine Wolfson

Catherine Swingle Wolfson is an award-winning Associate Broker (CRS, GRI, AHWD) with over 40 years of experience in sales, luxury marketing, and relocation services. A third-generation Tucson native, she has been recognized as REALTOR® of the Year (2024) and has earned multiple honors with Coldwell Banker Realty, including President’s Elite and Diamond Society.

Her clients’ interests are always her priority. She begins with the initial home buying or listing process and carefully follows through to closing and beyond. Catherine especially enjoys helping clients with their Tucson moves—whether relocating within the city, moving in from out of state, or transitioning elsewhere.

She has also served as President of the Tucson Association of REALTORS®, Board Member of the Arizona Association of REALTORS®, and member of the Multiple Listing Service of Southern Arizona (MLSSAZ) Board in 2023.
