Cathie Dunn was amazing to work with on our move from Montana to the Chicago suburbs. Cathie went the extra mile to help our find the perfect house for our family. She was organized and great about helping us get acquainted with the area. Commuting to the city was important to us so she prepared a detailed report about commuting times for driving and by train. Since we were not in the area, she would tour houses with us over Facetime, and be at the house in our place for many of the pre-buying things like the inspections, etc. Cathie was personable and professional and I would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Chicago Area.

I can't recommend Cathie enough, there is no reason to go with anyone else in my opinion. I met her during an open house and her kind personality and knowledge got me started with her. She helped my wife and I find and purchase our first home and she was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Cathie is detailed orientated and works for you. She has a great eye for detail when listing/selling a home and provides recommendations to appeal to buyers. She is very responsive and wants the best for the seller. As an agent for you when buying she listens to your “must haves” and researches appropriate places to show you.
