Cathleen Pryor

Cathleen Pryor, of Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Niguel Office, offers you a highly educated perspective in dealing with real estate matters. She has helped people with buying and selling real estate through several recessions and bullish markets. She has personally purchased and sold several homes in recessions, dealt with extremely high interest rates, and moved internationally as an individual and with small children.

She quickly earned her Real Estate Salesperson license in 1996 and a year later, her Broker’s license. Many of her classes in the CLU program and her MBA program satisfied a number of required Broker license requirements. She earned the Short Sale Certification from the National Association of Realtors in 2011. She is a Certified HAFA Specialist and a Laguna Woods Real Estate Specialist.

She is an Associate Faculty member of Saddleback College. She taught real estate classes at the Advanced Technology and Education Park (ATEP) campus of the Saddleback and Irvine Colleges.

Pryor is well known in Laguna Niguel and Orange County for her negotiating proficiency and commitment to ethical business practices. To ensure a positive real estate experience for her clients, she carefully researches potential homes and personally manages the details associated with each transaction.

Volunteering is an important part of her life. She actively supports her church and church activities, participates in feeding the homeless, volunteers at the Fair Housing Council of Orange County to help distressed homeowners modify their loans and stay in their homes, and has volunteered at the Polls to help keep the neighborhood Precincts open for easy voter access both in San Clemente and Laguna Niguel. She supports Special Olympics and encourages her everyone to donate to their fundraising.
