About Cathy

Cathy Cobb grew up in Wrightsville Beach, N.C. She attended Belmont University in Nashville, T.N. where she received her bachelor’s degree in accounting. After spending many years in the Charlotte area, Cathy got married and moved to Georgia and was thrilled to make the Peach State her new home.

Cathy used her extensive financial knowledge and negotiating expertise to seamlessly enter the real estate industry more than 15 years ago after being in banking. As a devoted real estate professional, Cobb has made it her mission to provide her clients with the highest possible level of service. From the very beginning, she has been committed to guaranteeing her clients the best insight on how to make sound home buying or selling decisions. Cathy is married to lifelong Georgia resident, Will Cobb. They share a common passion for Real Estate as Will has been a top producing Commercial Broker in this area for 25 years.

In her spare time, she enjoys playing tennis, exercising, hiking, and spending time at home, on the lake, with Will and her two beautiful step children, Virginia (13) and James (10).
