Cathy provided us with a list of house that fit our wish-list and with-in our budget. Her honesty and reality checks made the decision easier to understand and accept when she finally found the house that fit most of the requirements and fit comfortable in the budget. We now enjoy the location, town and making the house a home. There is a reason why Cathy was named the Realtor of the year.

I'm a first time home buyer and was referred to Cathy by my girfriend' s family. My experience throughout this buying process was never stressful because of Cathy. She was always on top of things and was available to me whenever I needed her help. Cathy was always honest with me had even gone out of her way to help me with documents that weren't even a part of her job. Cathy was very caring towards me and my family throughout my search even when I was very picky with certain homes she was never annoyed or bothered with me. I honestly would recommend Cathy to anyone and everyone, she is by far the greatest and I hope I will be able to be a part of her services later down the road.
