Cathy Horrocks has called the Flagler Beach area home since 2013. Coming from the cold winters of Chicago, she has grown a deep appreciation for the unique communities of Flagler Beach, Palm Coast, Ormond Beach and St. Augustine. Cathy and her husband, Toby, gained much of their real-estate experience through the ownership and management of numerous properties throughout the United States. Now, she has discovered her passion for representing private buyers and sellers looking to purchase their own piece of paradise.
