About Cathy

Cathy Ivey has been a REALTOR since 2004. She joined her husband, Bill Ivey, at Enterprise Realtors and began a successful career serving her clients in purchasing and selling their homes. Cathy developed her skills in collaborating with people through 27 years of teaching and being a principal at Harding Academy.

Cathy came to Memphis in 1971 to complete her education at The University of Memphis receiving both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Education. Educating her clients on strategies appropriate for each market is of high importance to her. Over the last decade, she has developed a unique Buyer Bootcamp designed to equip her clients in their understanding of and making decisions in each unique market. Helping sellers successfully navigate the hurdles in upsizing, downsizing, or moving across the country, she practices going the extra mile in all that she does. Cathy’s desire to excel and serve brought her our Association’s highest achievement, a life membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Club.

Cathy enjoys traveling with her husband whether to beautiful vacation destinations or just biking on the Greenline. She enjoys tennis, reading, and music. Cathy is grateful for opportunities to tutor Memphis City School second graders through the Arise to Read Program. She partners with her husband in the Marriage Ministry at her church.
