Cathy Marotta

Cathy Marotta has been a residential salesperson with our company since 1983. A resident of the South End since 1978, Cathy enjoys showing off her neighborhood as she guides clients through the process of buying a home. Another segment of her work is collaborating with developers in the conception, design, and marketing of new projects. Cathy has been a consistent top producer with the company for many years and has received state and national recognition for outstanding sales achievement. Her huge repeat and referral business is testament to her customer satisfaction and loyalty. An active member of the community, Cathy is a corporate sponsor for Speakeasy Theatre group, serves on the board of the South End Historical Society and previously was a fundraiser and participator in the 1st Boston to New York AIDS Bike Ride a few years ago.
