Cathy Owen

Cathy is a Sales Associate and has watched the Naples area evolve since 1967 and knows about relocating - having personally lived in 12 cities in the U.S. and South America.

She began her real estate career as a Preview Luxury Home Specialist at Coldwell Banker and was repeatedly in the top 1%-2% of agents nationwide, earning the coveted International Presidents Elite Status. Cathy is a member of the Naples Area Board of REALTORS®, the Florida Association of REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS® and a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute.

Cathy has been working with buyers and sellers in the Naples area for more than 25 years. She is centrally located at the Premier Sotheby's International Realty The Village office located in Venetian Village on Gulf Shore Boulevard. Working with her son, Blake Owen, they offer more than 40 years combined experience in both the single-family home and condominium market.
