Cathy Poetschat of Towne Realty is absolutely one of the best realtors I have ever worked with. She guided my Son and myself ( Helper Mom ) through preparation for listing his home for sale in Duvall. In 18 short days with Cathy’s knowledge and attention to detail we listed the home. Within a few days had multiple offers. Cathy reviewed every offer and gave us detailed information for each offer. Based on the information we chose the best offer that would work for my Son, and the purchasers. All and all, it was a tremendously smooth transaction! Cathy then helped my Son find a new home that was under construction. She was able to set up a meeting with the Builder/Agent and everything just clicked. My Son loved the home! They agreed on a price, and signed a contract. Thank goodness, no bidding wars and multiple offers. Again, Cathy went above and beyond to help my Son. Cathy has years of experience and knowledge in Real estate besides being extremely professional, detailed, and a great communicator. Cathy’s knowledge of the area and the local market helped pinpoint our search and meet our very specific criteria. Her extensive experience in the industry gave us peace of mind as we went through the buying and selling process. Cathy is a very genuine person with a great sense of humor, which made working with her easy. Cathy always had us covered, and we never worried we were missing something. Her attention to detail took the stress out of the process, even thru the uncertainty of COVID-19.

Cathy is the best realtor I've worked with. She helped us buy a home in this very competitive market. When we found the home we wanted, she helped us move very quickly, avoiding an expensive competitive bidding process by securing an acceptance before other bidders could jump in. Then, during the inspection and closing process, she was on top of everything, applying just the right pressure on the appraiser and sellers broker to get exactly what we wanted. We now have our dream home, and it's because of Cathy!
