Cathy Stahlman

Cathy has been a licensed Realtor Associate for 32+ years specializing in new construction. One of her favorite jobs over the years was supervising the interior buildout of drywall, electrical, and movable wall furniture of One Bell Center in downtown St Louis. She has 24 years of experience in mortgage loans including processing/underwriting/compliance/audit/post closing. Cathy has been involved in her community as a volunteer/Director for the St Charles County Baseball/Softball association, Ronald McDonald House, Boone Center, and Karen for a Cause over the years. She was a flood buyout and relocation agent in 1994 for St Charles County. Cathy has been recognized several times for her accomplishments over the years such as finishing in the top 16% nationwide in Mortgage Loan Origination, and Realtor Associate of the Year.

In 2020, Cathy will be married for 40 years to Jim, an Electrical Engineer at Boeing, they have four children and four grandchildren. Cathy enjoys vacationing at the beach, playing the piano/organ, and spending time with her family.
