Cathy was a very experienced and great realtor in selling my home in the Bronx.
Everything was signed sealed delivered within 8 weeks!!
She is one of the best realtors and does not sit on any paper work that needs to be filed in a timely manner.
Cathy also deals with inspectors and other realtors with respect and experience. So if you are looking to sell your home, I would 150% recommend Cathy and you cannot go wrong. My house was put on the market May 8 and I had already had a buyer the first day they came to see my home. I signed, sealed and delivered on Mother’s Day with a prospective buyer, and everything ran smoothly. There were no bumps in the road. Thank you to Cathy. My closing took place on July 7. That is the quickest I’ve ever heard anything happening in New York for anything these days. If it were not for Kathy, I may still be sitting in the Bronx waiting for my house to be sold. Thank you again, Cathy!!

This is not Cathy’s first rodeo with us! This the second house Cathy sold for us and it was easy breezy! She actually sold this house to us as well!
