She went out of her way to meet us at the house whenever we needed or wanted to, be present at all appointments with the builder of the house, and be in communication every day. We started working with Cathy about a year ago when my family and I began intermittently searching for property to make our "forever home." I have known Cathy over half my life, and when it came time to enlist a realtor to help us with our first home the choice was clear. While Cathy’s tenure in real estate is not quiet as long as others, it is clear this is what she was meant to do. Today’s market is incredibly difficult and for a first time home buyer it is even harder. An agent with patience, knowledge, and tenacity are key to navigating this market. Cathy’s personable disposition makes her so easy to work with which is key for buyers for working with seller’s agents and other players in the market. Cathy spent 8 months helping us navigate dozens of houses and make multiple offers until we found the perfect home for us. Cathy was great to us! She was very caring, responsive, and knowledgeable. Cathy is a new realtor but with her work ethic and personality she will be one of the top realtors in the Tuscaloosa and Birmingham area in no time. I feel indifferent about writing this review because normally when I write a review I am done with something. My wife and I talk to Cathy almost every day and we closed about two weeks ago. I feel like we have gained a true friend. Cathy even went out her way after closing to feed the fish in our new Koi pond when I was away on military leave and even offered to help clean with us.
