Cece Marsha Zimmerman has lived in Columbia all of her life, where she and husband Steve have raised three now grown daughters...Katie Atkinson and husband Zack, Natalie Salley and husband Tate, and Julia Bowers and husband Claude. Cece loved growing up in Forest Acres/Satchelford, and after marriage has lived in some of Columbia’s great neighborhoods………Wales Garden, Forest Acres/Satchelford (again), Forest Hills, and now Lake Katharine.
A student at Converse College and graduate of the University of South Carolina, Cece and her family love Carolina football, tailgating and all! A lifelong member of Saint Joseph Catholic Church, Cece currently serves on the church's Building Committee. She is also an active community volunteer as a sustainer of the Junior League of Columbia. Cece has served on several boards including the Advisory Board of Cardinal Newman School and The Irish Children’s Summer Program.
Cece enjoys playing bridge and bunco with good friends. A devoted walker, several years ago Cece traded walking the “hills” in her old neighborhood of Forest Hills with her latest route around the “lakes” in Lake Katharine. Cece's favorite hobby though is loving on her 7 grandchildren, Owen, Zim, Allie, Claude, Eliza, Bratton, and Lowry. Four of her grandchildren's mama, Katie Z. Atkinson, and Cece are both Coldwell Banker Realtors. They love to find the perfect houses for their clients or to get their clients' homes sold as quickly as possible.
