A native of Brooklyn, NY, Cesar graduated from St. Francis College with a degree in Business Management. He worked at the largest sports complex in NYC, Chelsea Piers, as a personal trainer for five years then in sales for over seven. When his wife got a great job offer in Washington, DC, Cesar picked up and started a new life and career. He became a new construction real estate salesperson for the prominent Ryan Homes, and was one of their top earners in 2015, 2016 and 2017.
With real estate his true calling, Cesar joined McEnearney Associates as a residential agent in 2018 and continues to enjoy a stellar reputation for client service and sales results. He can assist anyone with the purchase or sale of a home in the DC metro area, plus has partnerships with agents in Virginia, Florida, and NYC.
Cesar and his wife, a pediatric gastroenterologist at Kaiser Permanente, currently reside in the Navy Yard in Southeast DC with their Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Rondo. They previously lived in Mount Vernon Triangle and the Chinatown area in NW DC.
