Born and raised in Los Angeles, Cesar Vasquez serves the whole of his hometown as a real estate agent. “My mother and father migrated to Los Angeles and built their foundation here,” Cesar says. “My father was a real estate investor and showed me the investment opportunities that real estate offered.”
A Realtor® since 2013, Cesar now mentors KASE Real Estate agents as the team lead. Having worked in banking, he understands mortgages and financing. As a real estate professional, he has experience as a developer, investor, renovator, and designer. He’s also an expert in special loan programs such as 203(k) Rehab Mortgage Insurance, as well as the processes of permits and plans, working with an extensive network of architects, draftspeople, and contractors.
With a diverse clientele ranging from first-time buyers to established developers and investors, Cesar is an authority on all aspects of real estate purchases, sales, and investments. Having built his own portfolio of properties, he’s happy to guide his clients to their goals and greater wealth. “I love real estate. I believe in real estate. Therefore, I buy real estate,” he says. “If done correctly, real estate can help a person achieve financial freedom.”
In his spare time, Cesar likes to travel. He is also an avid foodie who loves trying new restaurants and appreciates a good cup of coffee. He and his wife have a new baby boy, the newest addition to a household that also includes a very handsome corgi.
