With 25 years of leadership experience as the Managing Partner of a successful restaurant group, Chad transitioned into real estate in August 2020, quickly establishing himself as a top performer. He began his career with the Z Real Estate Team, where his drive and commitment led to rapid success.
In just a few short years, Chad earned a series of prestigious awards, including Rookie of the Year and Showing Partner of the Year in 2021, followed by Buyer's Agent of the Year and Agent of the Year honors in 2022. His outstanding performance continued, earning him Buyer's Agent of the Year and Listing Agent of the Year awards in 2023, as well as Agent of the Year in both 2023 and 2024. He was also recognized as one of Real Detroit's Top 5 Real Estate Agents in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
In addition to his individual achievements, Chad was named one of Real Producers Magazine's Top 500 Agents in Oakland County in 2022 and continued to rise, ranking in the Top 300 in 2023 and 2024. With over 230 homes sold and more than $75 million in sales volume in his first four years, he has proven himself as a leading force in the industry. His success was highlighted in April 2024 when he graced the cover of Real Producers Magazine as their featured top producer.
In 2024, Chad set new records for the Z Real Estate Team, achieving the highest unit sales in a year with 103 homes sold, as well as setting the sales volume record at $25.5 million.
In October 2024, Chad took on a new challenge as the Sales Director of the Z Real Estate Team. Now, in this leadership role, he is focused on growing the team, setting new records, and driving collective success—not just as an individual but as a united team. His passion for coaching and empowering others, combined with his unmatched drive for excellence, ensures that the Z Real Estate Team will continue to raise the bar and exceed expectations.
When he's not closing deals or leading his team to new heights, Chad enjoys life in Northville with his girlfriend, Genevieve Mirabitur, and their two beloved dogs.
