Chad did an outstanding job for us as we were looking to relocate to Portland and buy a house. He spent a great deal of time with us to understand our needs and wants, and curated a great set of homes to tour with us. Chad led us through the Oregon home buying process with great care and attention to details. Once we closed, there were some complications with the handover and condition of the home and Chad advocated for us so that we were treated fairly. He has also provided us with a great list of contractors to help us make this home look amazing. We are totally satisfied with Chad's work as our realtor and recommend him highly.

My wife and I had a phenomenal experience working with Chad to purchase our second home. From our initial meeting with him to outline what criteria we were looking for, up to when he hand-delivered our keys, and everything in between-we would give SIX stars, if possible.

Chad was our agent for the purchase of our second home and if we ever purchase another property, we would choose Chad immediately. It was a great experience working with Chad to purchase my first home. I really appreciate his dedication to find a home that I was looking for and his availability around the clock to plan and move things forward, specifically in this competitive market.
With all the nice planning and availability, I was able to find my home in less that 3 weeks from the date that I started working with Chad.
Another big plus of working with Chad was his organization of next steps after finding the home up until move in date. Also, explanation of all and each steps on the way was very helpful. I have a very busy work schedule and it would be impossible to find time for all steps required to close on the home without his help and dedication.
Overall, I greatly recommend working with Chad if you’re looking for a reliable buying agent to move things forward in a timely manner in this competitive housing market.

Chad is a real professional. That said he is also a good one.
Cause being professional means you know how you to your business what you do at what time.
That might be enough for most and tbh mostly it is not even what you got from other agents.

But Chad not only goes the extra miles, he takes you with him.

We have been looking for a house but mostly window shopping and really do not wanted to have a real estate agent (until we really need one in the end) since we also know what we are doing.

But when we meet Chad we, from the first moment on, we have been impressed. Without any contract he was giving such a lot of advise and transferred knowledge that otherwise you have either pay a lot for or learn through your own mistakes.

I will not go further into details to not bother you, but my husband and I can only HIGHLY recommend Chad if you are looking into buying a home, for now we have not sold a home with Chad - but I am sure that will come in the future!

Chad was our realtor through the purchase of our first home, and we couldn't be more appreciative of his expertise and patience! It took us a bit to figure out our priorities, and he was with us every step of the way to answer our questions and to provide his unique industry perspective. When I make a decision I like to have access to lots of data, and without prompting Chad always delivered on this point, which made it easy to either move forward to walk away from a prospect. When our bid was accepted (hooray!), he stayed well on top of the mountain of communications and requirements to get us through the closing process, coaching us on what to push on and what to let go (especially important as the market right now [2021] is kind of loco!). He was always prompt with responding to our questions or comments, and made the process easy to understand. We began the process with a different realtor and were feeling discourage with the process. At one point my wife had reached out to Chad with a question and he responded in great detail while remaining respectful that we were working with a different agent. After missing out on a home and feeling hopeless, my wife and I decided to reach back out to Chad for help. That changed EVERYTHING. Immediately we received a completely different level of service. Chad was very responsive, consistently answering our questions, following up with different sellers and maintaining contact with our lender. He was a huge source knowledge. Giving us advice and insight to so many facets of the home buying process, offering us an education that was indispensable. Most importantly, he was a fighter for us. Chad fought on our behalf with a seller and a sale that was quite out of the ordinary. He stood up for us, help set our boundaries and stand our ground with a seller that was throwing consistent curveballs. Without Chad we never would have gotten this house and in the wake of Covid craziness in the already competitive market we are forever grateful to have Chad on our side at the end of the day.

When the time comes for our next home purchase, there is no question Chad will be our agent.
