Chad received his real estate sales license from Hondros College and has a strong business background with training from The Walt Disney Institute in Orlando, Florida and Chrysler Corporation in Las Vegas, Nevada. After graduation from Indian Lake High School in 1988, Chad studied business and played baseball at Ohio State University and Bluffton University. Chad is married to Jill (Horn), who teaches at Bellefontaine High School, and they have 2 children, Josh, and Ashton. He and his family are members of Quest Church in West Liberty. Chad and his wife enjoy watching an Ohio State Buckeyes or Cincinnati Reds game and spending time with family.
