Chad Davie

Chad Davie is a partner with Brown Multifamily Advisors (BMA). His roles with the firm include the supervision of BMA’s deal analysis section as well as the oversight of daily operations.

Chad Davie has been with BMA since its inception and has assisted Matt Brown in the multifamily sector since 2015. His local real estate knowledge and experience in the commercial mortgage banking industry is helps BMA’s clients during all stages of the firm’s transactions. In addition to spending several years in mortgage banking, Davie also has significant experience in the fields of economic development and urban planning, having served with the former Ohio Department of Development and the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission.

In 2008, Davie formed a consulting business focused on commercial real estate development and finance, urban planning and grant writing. Davie earned a Bachelor’s degree from Wittenberg University and a Master’s of City and Regional Planning from the Ohio State University.
