About Chad

I was born in Columbia, South Carolina, and have been here all my life. It is not just a city and state. It is home. I grew up in West Columbia and went to Brookland Cayce High School. I then attended the University of South Carolina, obtaining my Bachelor's in Exercise Science. I am a die-hard Gamecock fan and was a cheerleader at the University all four years. After graduating from USC, I married and opened my one-on-one personal training gym, Custom Fitness, in Irmo, South Carolina. While running the gym, we had two children, Nicholas and Caleb Dorman. After 7 years of serving the public in Fitness, I shut the gym down and became a part of the Verizon Wireless sales and management team for 12 years. This is where I thoroughly became obsessed with sales and really started enjoying helping people achieve their wants and desires. I am the Co-Founder of a non-profit ministry where individuals are mentored on a personal and business level. I hold positions of leadership in my Church and community. Hobbies include training, mountain biking, camping, and anything outdoors. My son Nicholas and I have conquered all the Spartan runs and are now training for fun. My love for people and for sales has always been something that has driven me in my career choices. I have now taken these skills I have learned over the years and put them toward helping clients achieve their lifetime dreams and goals of assisting them in finding a house and making it a HOME!

I wish I could accurately put into words how amazing Chad is. Chad is and has been our entire families realtor going on 5 years now, and he never ceases to amaze me. He is always looking out for his clients best interest, and he goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth transition for not only his own clients, but the other constituents as well. I used Chad to help me through the process of buying my first home and could not have been happier I chose him. He was extremely patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions 10 different times. He was only concerned with finding what was right for me and went above and beyond to help me get there. I never felt pressured or rushed and met me at more houses than i can remember regardless of the day or time.
